Pack your mixer securely. Include only the bowl and beaters if they are relevant to the problem. Mark accessories clearly — most Artisan Mixers look identical.
Drop off at U E64 / 617 Goodwood Road, Panorama SA 5041 (Kennards). Open 7 days. Kennards staff accept on our behalf.
We’ll text a quote within 1–4 business days, often with photos. The $75 minimum charge must be paid before we issue the quote.
Once repaired and payment received, we return your mixer to Kennards and text you. Collect 7 days a week during Kennards opening hours.
Please don’t attend 617 Goodwood Road expecting to meet with a technician. The Kennards staff are employed by Kennards and have no connection with our business other than receiving goods and notifying us when they arrive.
We use text messaging as our primary communication method. This creates an audit trail so we only do work you’ve specifically instructed. We will send you before and after photos so you can feel comfortable that everything is above board.
A $75 minimum charge applies to all mixers received. This is non-refundable and must be paid prior to receiving a quote. It is deducted from the repair total if you proceed with the repair.
Payment is via bank transfer, EFTPOS over the phone, or cash. If you can’t send and receive electronic communications or prefer not to, please find an alternate service better suited to your preferences.
