Our business was born out of necessity — a genuine love for these machines and frustration at the lack of quality, specialist repair services available in Adelaide. We are real Adelaidians, living and working in Adelaide, with our office in Payneham, workshop in Clarence Gardens, and parcel point at Kennards Self Storage Panorama.

The 2020 pandemic was our catalyst. When the global supply chain faltered and KitchenAid restricted parts supplies almost exclusively to warranty-only repairs, we refused to leave our out-of-warranty customers stranded.
We pivoted our business model — building our own parts reserve with up to a year’s supply of high-turnover items, and establishing direct supply lines from Europe to bypass local backorder delays.
This now continues because it suits our customers. A contactless, 7-day drop-off service with text-based communication and transparent quoting — built for the way people live and work today.
